Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lot Assistant to join our team. As a Lot Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle inventory management process. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating vehicle inventory, preparing vehicles for transport, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure vehicles are ready for auction and in working order
  • Accurately record services provided to ensure accurate billing
  • Prepare vehicles for reconditioning shops or transportation
  • Photograph vehicles post-reconditioning services
  • Provide customer service and assist with vehicle stock in & check out process
  • Operate vehicles under various weather conditions

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Experience working outside in all weather conditions
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Qualified/experienced in operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/or tow trucks
