Sales Supervisor Job Description

At Inland Staffing Solutions Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, overseeing sales operations, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members
* Plan and control budgets and expenditures for sales operations
* Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Proficient in MS Windows and other relevant software

Work Environment:

* Fast-paced sales environment
* Attention to detail and organizational skills required
