Position Overview: As a Legal Associate specializing in Corporate Finance and Banking, you will have the opportunity to advance your career alongside leading professionals within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. This role is tailored for a legal expert eager to surpass client expectations and contribute to transformative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in high-profile transactions and corporate finance matters, handling significant financial dealings for our clientele.
  2. Work collaboratively with clients, providing strategic legal counsel in banking and financial services, as well as corporate commercial law.
  3. Mentor and guide junior lawyers, sharing best practices and insights from your experience.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in banking and financial services law, with a solid background in corporate commercial law.
  2. Proven ability to independently manage legal files and represent both borrowers and lenders across various corporate settings.
  3. Experience in secured lending, project financing, acquisition financing, structured finance, and securitization is essential.
  4. Familiarity with cross-border financing and bond transactions is advantageous.
  5. Experience in insolvency proceedings will be considered a valuable asset.
  6. Strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities are required.
