About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team at Dawson Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role in civil construction, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
