Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2204774 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop, or restaurant
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player
