We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our Supply Chain Management group in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts from start to finish, ensuring compliance with client-specific and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project contracts lists, including sourcing and pre-qualification of contractors.
- Prepare bid/proposal packages, including commercial documentation, and issue requests for proposal to bidders.
- Evaluate bids/proposals, form contracts, and negotiate terms.
- Administer contracts, including change order management and contractor adherence to pricing structure and schedule.
- Manage claims and back-charges, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in Supply Chain Management or Contracting and Procurement.
- Previous experience in an EPCM environment, with training in contracting database and software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work, with a minimum of years of contracting and procurement experience on major projects.
