Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at OBR Catering Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and executing exceptional pastry dishes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative pastry menus that meet the highest quality standards.
  • Lead a team of pastry chefs in the preparation and presentation of desserts for events and functions.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior pastry chefs to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pastry trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-volume catering environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
