Position Overview

Located centrally, our facility is recognized for its excellence in cardiovascular and stroke care, serving a vast population. We are committed to providing innovative and comprehensive care through a collaborative, patient-centered approach. The ICU West is a specialized unit equipped to handle complex cardiovascular cases, utilizing advanced treatment techniques. Our team of dedicated professionals works together to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Role Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating and assessing patient care, adhering to established nursing standards. You will be responsible for managing patients with intricate health needs, employing cutting-edge treatment options.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule that includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Valid registration with the nursing regulatory body.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Recent experience in a Level 3 critical care environment.
  • Proven ability to manage patients requiring advanced life support interventions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative practice.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Understanding of quality improvement processes.
