Job Title: HVAC Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Advisor to join our team at Action Furnace Inc.

About the Role:

The HVAC Sales Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through in-home presentations and sales. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home HVAC sales presentations to potential customers, demonstrating product knowledge and highlighting features and benefits.
  • Provide recommendations for products and services that meet customer needs, communicating pricing and financing options.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections and creating strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and achieve monthly and annual sales KPIs.
  • Lead generation and prospecting, including research, marketing strategies, and developing a network of referral sources.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license for 3+ years, clean driving abstract, and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional sales experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a 100% commission sales role.
