Job Summary:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Hamilton area. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes, focusing on palliative, pediatric, wound care, and intravenous therapy. Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, focusing on palliative, pediatric, wound care, and intravenous therapy.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop care plans.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on health-related topics.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new developments in the field.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Current CPR certification.
