- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operations.
- Supervision: Oversee the assembly of trays and the delivery of food services.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred, with a minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience.
Work EnvironmentThis position is full-time and may require working during various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
