Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil District Energy Design Engineer to join our team at Associated Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering district energy systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver district energy systems, including pipe design and thermal stress analysis.
  • Develop feasibility studies and detailed designs for district energy systems.
  • Write and review specifications for district energy systems.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders through verbal and written reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on district energy systems.
  • Registration as a P.Eng. with EGBC or eligibility for registration.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and prioritize multiple projects and clients.
