About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Supervisor to join our team at A1 TRUSSES(1993) LTD. As a key member of our millwork assembly team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet production deadlines
  • Train and develop team members to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions and disciplinary measures
  • Set up and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and product quality, implementing measures to achieve these goals
