Warehouse Coordinator / Procurement Officer (Aerospace Sector)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee order management and monitor the shipment of components
  • Receive and inspect parts in accordance with company protocols
  • Conduct thorough research on components and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with suppliers
  • Facilitate payment processes for orders with vendors
  • Perform other related duties as required

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual proficiency is essential
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Self-motivated and responsible
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Willingness to learn and exhibit meticulousness
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation skills (preferred)
  • Experience or knowledge in the aerospace field (preferred)
