Food Service Team Lead

Joe's Pizza Stone - Tumbler Ridge is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.

- Support for Youths: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
