Assistant Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Osiris Inc. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead by example and demonstrate a high level of passion and energy in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  2. Create a fun and interactive atmosphere in-store, including engaging store front demos and promotions.
  3. Maximize sales potential by coaching and developing sales associates, setting clear expectations, and ensuring execution of sales strategies.
  4. Support the Store Manager in maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales plans, promotions, and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, associates, and store leadership.
  3. A high level of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative when needed.
