Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Petro Canada is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
