Role Overview:
As a key technical expert, you will play a vital role in understanding and addressing customer requirements. Utilizing your extensive knowledge of Sysmex product functionalities, you will tailor middleware and instrumentation to meet these needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
# Engage with customers to gather and analyze their requirements, showcasing how Sysmex standalone analyzers can fulfill their needs.
# Assist senior Customer Application Specialists (CAS) with middleware configurations and testing processes.
# Ensure all necessary documentation, communications, and quality checks are completed accurately, making corrections as advised by senior Customer Support Specialists (CSS).
# Collaborate closely with senior CSS and Sysmex resources to acquire new insights and resolve customer challenges.
# Support the Sales Team by addressing basic analyzer inquiries and delivering introductory presentations to clients.
# Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Physical Considerations:
Regular exposure to situations requiring vigilance, with minimal safety precautions necessary.

Qualifications:
Medical laboratory degree with demonstrated experience in the diagnostics or medical device sector.
Fluency in English and French is essential.
Comfort and proficiency in learning new software applications.
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with basic Microsoft Windows administrative features and network troubleshooting.

This position requires compliance with Sysmex's credentialing standards, which typically include proof of current vaccinations for various diseases, including COVID-19.
