Lead a Team of Healthcare Professionals

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Clinic Director to join our team in Halifax, NS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
  • Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
  • Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.
  • Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
  • Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic.
  • Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce, so that employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff.

Qualifications:

  • Fully Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Kinesiologist in Nova Scotia.
  • Minimum of 1-5+ years of clinical and leadership experience.
