We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Community Residential Worker to provide vital assistance and support to individuals within the community. The role involves working varied shifts, including daytime and nighttime hours. These positions are temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent based on participant needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Support participants with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.

- Facilitate participant involvement in community activities and life skills development.

- Offer companionship and emotional reassurance to those in care.

- Assist with mobility and transportation requirements.

- Observe and report any changes in participants' health or behavior.

- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to promote the well-being of participants.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

- Demonstrated empathy and patience when interacting with individuals in need.

- Supervisory skills are advantageous.

- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds is required.
