Production Supervisor

TAPTIC FINANCIAL INC. is seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical guidance and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Work Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Work Environment and Conditions: Ensure that the work environment is safe and healthy, with minimal risk to employees and clients.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
