Organizational Development Specialist

Job Title: Organizational Development GeneralistWe are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:- Assist in conveying corporate messaging and vision throughout the organization
- Provide dedicated support to employees on employee-related matters, including grievances, organizational change, absence, and health
- Proactively work with leaders to identify and resolve conflict within teams
- Drive employee engagement and retention efforts through effective communication, recognition programs, and employee development initiatives
- Lead corporate event initiatives, including sponsorship and donations
- Cultivate a diverse and inclusive culture
- Keep company policies and procedures up-to-date
- Organize and maintain personnel records in internal databases
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in a team environment
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Respectful, collaborative, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- ADP and SharePoint experience an asset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Superior follow-up, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to take initiatives and self-driven to learn, commitment to continuous improvement
- Open-minded with the ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results

The salary for this role is based on an average of 37.5 hours a week. The estimated range is between $68,000-$87,500 annually, depending on skills and experience.
