Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Jun Landscaping & Construction Corp.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and other horticultural features. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project timelines.
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects, ensuring budgetary and scheduling compliance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to inform project planning and execution.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in landscape construction, grounds maintenance, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work at heights, in extreme temperatures, and in physically demanding conditions.
