Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects, ensuring budgetary constraints are met.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
