About Clio's Total Rewards Program
Clio's Total Rewards Program is a comprehensive package that includes competitive compensation, benefits, and perks designed to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. As a key member of our People team, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our Total Rewards strategy to drive business results and support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global total rewards strategies that align with Clio's business objectives and culture.
- Lead a team of functional experts in compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure seamless execution of Total Rewards programs.
- Stay ahead of market trends and provide expertise to design, implement, and evolve total rewards programs that are equitable, scalable, and performance-driven.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address opportunities and issues in Total Rewards, including presenting findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, data privacy, and financial controls.
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of Total Rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant global total rewards experience with proficiency in global benefits, cash compensation, long-term incentive programs, and equity management.
- High-growth SaaS company experience, preferably in NAMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Experience leading a global total rewards team in a rapidly scaling business, attracting and retaining talent in a competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated experience shaping total rewards strategies, working with executive stakeholders, and engaging in proposal preparation for the Board of Directors (Compensation Committee).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to package and present complex analyses and recommendations clearly.
- Data-driven leader with a strong ability to analyze and turn data into insights and action plans aligned with company direction.
- A people-centric leader committed to building a high-performing team, inclusive leadership, and partnership and collaboration across the People team and with key stakeholders.
