Job Title: Total Rewards Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Analyst to join our team at SAIT. As a key member of our Employee Services team, you will play a critical role in providing insights, analysis, and administration of SAIT's total rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed data analysis, benchmarking, and market research to ensure competitive and equitable total rewards offerings.
  • Provide analytical support with employee classifications and assist in the administration of compensation programs, including job evaluation, grading structures, and compliance reporting.
  • Support benefits administration, including maintaining employee benefits records and processing changes, enrollments, and annual renewals.
  • Assist in the management of pension programs, group savings programs, and employee leave programs.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to total rewards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within total rewards programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in human resources, business administration, finance, actuarial science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience administrating total reward programs, including compensation, benefits, and pensions.
  • Experience with HRIS/HR system support and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Proven ability to conduct quick research, analytics, and provide solutions on multiple competing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
