Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Technician to join our team at Uline. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse sorting conveyors and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • System Troubleshooting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues with conveyor systems and equipment.
  • Parts Management: Assist with inventory management, audits, and inspections to ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of spare parts.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; preference for trade school or equivalent education.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse maintenance or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in electronic and mechanical skills, with knowledge of PC and PLC control systems.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, in a team, and provide training and support to colleagues.
