Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at Uline. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring warehouse sorting conveyors and systems, as well as completing preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain warehouse sorting conveyors and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment runs effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist with parts management, audits, inspections, repairs, and remote troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Electronic and mechanical skills with experience in PC and/or PLC control packages.
