Nous sommes à la recherche d'un agent de signature compétent pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez responsable de contacter les emprunteurs, de les rencontrer pour signer les documents et de veiller à ce que les procédures soient respectées. Vous devrez également fournir un service client de qualité et communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes.

Responsabilités
  • Contacter les emprunteurs par téléphone pour arranger une réunion de signature et clarifier les attentes avant la réunion.
  • Assister et certifier la validité des signatures sur tous les documents de prêt et de droit et veiller à ce que les procédures appropriées soient respectées pour répondre aux exigences du prêteur concernant l'exécution du paquet de documents, y compris la vérification de l'identité.
  • Se rencontrer avec les emprunteurs, à leur convenance, et retourner les documents signés à FCT conformément aux procédures définies.
  • Assurer un service client positif en gérant efficacement et efficacement les questions des clients.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en service client et en relations humaines.
  • Un apprenant rapide capable de prendre l'initiative et d'être proactif.
  • Excellentes compétences en planification et en organisation.
  • Compétences en informatique - Internet, courriel, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Adobe).
  • Expérience dans l'industrie du crédit ou juridique est souhaitée.
  • Capacité à gérer des informations confidentielles.
  • Accès à un ordinateur portable et à un téléphone portable.
  • Accès à un véhicule fiable.
  • Flexibilité pour travailler en mode appel, disponibles jours, soirs et week-ends.
