Signing Agent

About the Role
FCT is seeking a highly skilled Signing Agent to join our team. As a Signing Agent, you will be responsible for witnessing and certifying the validity of signatures on mortgage and legal documents. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that all documents are executed in accordance with lender requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact borrowers via telephone to arrange signing meetings and clarify expectations
- Witness and certify signatures on all mortgage and legal documents
- Meet with borrowers at their convenience and return signed documentation to FCT
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries efficiently
- Have strong planning and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Computer skills, including internet, email, and MS Office
- Experience in the lending or legal industry is preferred
