Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and guests are aware of hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as necessary, maintaining accurate records and communicating with guests and colleagues as required.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, as well as contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced hotel environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while providing excellent guest service.
