Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Research Lead to join our team and drive the creation of an Experience Vision for The Globe. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in UX research and innovation to help shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and organize UX research operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Map the complete user journey across all touchpoints to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct discovery work to understand reader needs and preferences
  • Develop an Experience Vision that aligns with our product strategy
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders, including the executive team, product design team, and editorial leaders
  • Mentor the product design team to enhance their research skills

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong focus on innovation and user experience
  • Passion for user-centered design and a desire to drive business growth through UX research
  • Experience with research tools such as Airtable, Miro, and Google Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate stakeholder alignment
  • Basic front-end coding comprehension to facilitate communication with engineering partners
