Job Title: Clinical Education Leader

BC Children's and Women's Hospital & Health Centre is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Education Leader to join our team. As a key member of our clinical education team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering excellence in clinical education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical education programs that meet the needs of our clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders and staff to assess education needs and priorities.
  • Design and deliver education programs that are engaging, effective, and meet the needs of our learners.
  • Lead the development and implementation of competency-based learning programs for orientation and continuing education of clerical staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other clinical profession.
  • Minimum of five years of clinical experience, including two years of education experience.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and program evaluation skills.
  • Knowledge of learning and evaluation models such as logic and Kirkpatrick.
