  • Prescription Record Maintenance: Maintain prescription records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Pharmaceutical Product Preparation: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Equipment and Supply Management: Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Office Administration: Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and appointment scheduling.
  • Supply Procurement: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked pharmacy.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Confidential File Maintenance: Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of other pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, pharmacy technicians, and other staff members.
