Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Scott 75 Pharmacy Ltd. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining prescription records, compounding and packaging pharmaceutical products, and preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter client information in databases
  • Maintain prescription records
  • Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products
  • Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of other pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, pharmacy technicians and other staff

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
