About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Scott Care Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy by managing our inventory, preparing pharmaceutical products, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of medications and prescription records, and ensure that our inventory is up-to-date and well-organized.
  • Pharmaceutical Product Preparation: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including entering client information into databases, maintaining prescription records, and managing routine office functions.
  • Ordering and Supplies: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and ensure that our pharmacy is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Team Support: Supervise and coordinate the activities of other pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and pharmacy technicians, and provide support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Attention to detail, accurate, client focus, organized, flexibility, initiative, reliability
