Job Summary

The Sales Associate II is a key member of the Tapestry team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores. As a Sales Associate II, you will be the face of our brand, providing a personalized shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives, participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions, communicating changes to customers and colleagues as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
