Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ont Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring adherence to quality control standards
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Monitor and address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
  • Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure timely service
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk frequently
