Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich & Salad. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
