Canadian Orthodontic Partners is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Oakville & Mississauga, ON. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their dental concerns and goals to achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.
  • Manage client calls and inquiries, providing personalized support and information to ensure clients feel confident about starting their orthodontic journey.
  • Present treatment options, review payment plans, and answer questions to motivate clients to start their smile journey.
  • Optimize appointment schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Track and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting to monitor client progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Dental experience is considered an asset, but not required.
