Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a passion for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate the quantity and costs of food supplies and ingredients.
  • Maintain accurate records of food expenses, consumption, and inventory.
  • Analyze operational costs and provide insights for improvement.
  • Demonstrate innovative cooking techniques to kitchen staff.
  • Supervise and guide a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen personnel.
  • Create and develop new recipes.
  • Instruct kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and specialty dishes.
  • Manage food requisition and kitchen supply orders.
  • Consult with clients for special events and menu planning.
  • Plan and oversee food preparation activities across multiple dining venues.
  • Ensure food quality meets established standards.
  • Prepare dishes accommodating dietary restrictions.
  • Recruit and train kitchen staff.
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals.

Work Environment
