We are a dynamic and innovative restaurant seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
