About Bistro Peekaboo

We are a dynamic and innovative restaurant seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a restaurant kitchen environment is an asset.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
