Senior Consultant for HR Strategy and Planning

Position Overview

In this position, you will work closely with partners and stakeholders throughout the HR function to assess their priorities and strategic goals, identify obstacles, and propose effective solutions. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for defining and executing the HR strategic planning framework and processes for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine data, recognize trends, and generate actionable insights for the HR strategy team.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to convey findings and recommendations. Prepare materials suitable for executive-level review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a consulting role.
  • Proficiency in creating executive-level presentation materials and decks.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data synthesis and insights generation.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and principles.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-dimensional projects and establishing credibility across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience in leading governance processes within an organization using agile methodologies and a product-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in mid-sized, matrixed, and multinational organizations.

Skills and Attributes

  • Expertise in creating high-quality presentation materials using PowerPoint.
  • Ability to balance immediate pressures with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Strong change management and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Adaptable working style, capable of navigating between planned and unplanned initiatives while making decisive choices in uncertain situations.
