Senior Consultant for HR Strategy and Planning

Position Overview

In this position, you will work alongside partners and stakeholders throughout the HR department to assess their priorities and strategic goals, pinpoint challenges, and recommend effective solutions. You will be integral to the team that shapes and drives the HR strategic planning framework and processes for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights for the HR strategy team.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to convey findings and suggestions. Prepare materials suitable for executive-level discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a consulting role.
  • Proficiency in creating executive-level materials and presentations.
  • Experience with analytics and Excel, along with the ability to synthesize data and insights.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and principles.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-dimensional projects and a proven ability to establish credibility at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
  • Experience in leading and managing governance frameworks within an organization using agile methodologies with a product-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in mid-sized, matrixed, and multinational organizations.

Skills and Attributes

  • Capability to create executive-level presentation materials in PowerPoint.
  • Skilled at balancing immediate pressures with long-term objectives.
  • Adept in change management and communication, with the ability to influence various stakeholder groups.
  • Flexible working style, comfortable transitioning between planned and unplanned initiatives and making decisive choices amid uncertainty.
