Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Plenty of Liquor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet business objectives
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates to ensure seamless customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role requires fluency in English and the ability to work in a bilingual environment. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment.
