Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Indigo Park Canada Inc. as a Parking Operations Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of parking ambassadors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the parking team and management to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Conduct regular audits of the parking lot to ensure it is in good working condition and identify areas for improvement.
  • Replenish ticket supplies, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees, including assisting with pay station usage and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Organize and assign cleaning duties to team members to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare and submit site reports, including vehicle counts and other relevant data, as required.
  • Monitor parking lot conditions and ensure adequate parking space availability.
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and frequent exposure to temperature extremes.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proven leadership ability and experience in managing a team.
  • Punctuality, maturity, and reliability are essential.
