We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative, organizational, and leadership support to our Outpatient Mental Health and Addiction team.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy, and be licensed with the applicable body. They will also have a minimum of three years' experience in Mental Health and Addiction intervention, with a proven track record of providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can provide guidance and support to the team in areas such as client-centered decision making, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.

About YouWe are seeking a candidate who has the following qualifications and experience:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Counselling, or Occupational Therapy
- Licensed with the applicable body
- Three years' experience in Mental Health and Addiction intervention
- Proven track record of providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders
This is a long-assignment full-time position, with 75 hours bi-weekly. The successful candidate will be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
