Job Description

Sphirea Plus is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Agent to join our team. As a Marketing Agent, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to support brand goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content for digital and print marketing materials.
  • Manage social media accounts and create strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide campaign development.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Support event planning and marketing efforts for product launches and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for crafting clear, persuasive messages.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
