Logistics Coordinator

DXB Logistics Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across our network.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the movement of vehicles and personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and manage vehicle schedules, routes, and workloads to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track vehicle performance, driver productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance overall operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics, transportation, or a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1-7 months of experience in a dispatch or operations role; experience in the transportation industry an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Our dispatch team works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics network.
Language:The primary language of communication is English.
